Window units
Non fire rated and F30 are available as single or double glazed,
double glazed with integral Venetian blinds for both 75 and
100mm thick systems, as appropriate. Wand control Venetian
blinds can be fitted to our single glazed windows for complete
continuity.
Windows are available glazed with clear toughened safety glass,
Georgian wired safety glass or clear fire glass to suit the
application.
Maximum sizes for F30 windows are:-
2100 x 1200mm in Georgian wired safety glass
2800 x 1200mm in Pyrocet
All F60 windows are single glazed.
Maximum sizes for F60 windows are:-
1200x1200mm in Georgian wired safety glass
1500x1200mm in 16mm Pyrobel glass (this carries 30 minute insulation).
Doors leaves
Standard veneers: Koto, Sapele, Crown cut ash, Steamed beech,
White oak, and Maple.
These are generally stocked in single (2040x826mm), disabled
access (2040x926mm), hospital (2040x826/297mm) and double
door sets (2040x826/826mm), all 44mm thick to suit our 75mm
or 100mm NFR or up to F30 systems. These can be supplied
pre-morticed and fitted with SAA finish hinges, lockset carcasses,
intumescent/smoke seal (where F30 is required) and various
sizes of vision panels. Other veneers, such as Cherry, are
available to order – please ask for further information.
F60 (54mm) doors, full height doors and doors with overpanels
are all available to order in the same veneers. Bespoke doors
Doors can also be supplied tailor made to suit individual
requirements, ie into a blockwork opening or where timber
frames are being used. Trim options
Three types of finishing trims are available for Silverline,
these are:-
Contour trim – a contrasting 50mm high plastic skirting
and matching plastic contour joint trim selected from our
Colourline range.
Omega (Top hat) – consisting of again a contrasting
50mm high plastic skirting, a painted metal top hat section
to match the other framework combined with a contrasting
plastic insert from the Colourline range.
Aluminium trim – this utilises 100mm high aluminium
skirting along with aluminium joint trim both of which are
painted in the Silverline colour selected.
