Maximum height for 1200mm wide windows is 2100mm, any sizes above this height must be 1000mm wide or less.

Maximum size for F30 windows is 2800 x 1000mm in Pyrocet.

Doors leaves
Standard veneer: European oak.
This is generally stocked in single (2040x826mm), disabled access (2040x926mm), hospital (2040x826/297mm) and double door sets (2040x826/826mm), all 44mm thick to suit our 75mm or 100mm NFR or F30 systems. These can be supplied pre-morticed and fitted with SAA finish hinges, lockset carcasses, intumescent/smoke seal (where F30 is required) and various sizes of vision panels.

Full height doors and doors with overpanels are all available to order.

54mm doors are available for use in applications without windows.

Bespoke doors
Doors can also be supplied tailor made to suit individual requirements, ie into a blockwork opening or where timber frames are being used.

Trim options
Two types of finishing trims are available for Timberline, these are:-

Contour trim – a matching 50mm high plastic skirting and plastic contour joint trim.

Aluminium trim – this utilises 100mm high aluminium skirting which is finished in a timber effect foil.
